To qualify for Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso, all of following conditions must be satisfied: 

• Your Device must have been purchased directly from Molekule and only used in Polska.
• Your online return request must be received by Molekule’s customer service team within 30 days of your original Device shipment date or point of Oferta date, whichever is later. To start your return request, please contact Customer Service at: https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
• Any Device used after 30-day return window from its shipment date or point-of-Oferta date (whichever is later) voids Molekule Device 30-day Money Política de Reembolso and are not eligible for a refund.  
• Upon Molekule’s approval of your Device return request, you will be given a return authoriconation number. Your assigned return authoriconation number must be included on all future communications with us, and with your returned Device shipment.
• Your returned Device must be received by Molekule within 30 days of date Molekule assigns you a return authoriconation number.  Your returned Device must be received by Molekule in reasonable like-new physical and operating condition, unless oelrwise noted during your return request and approved in writing by Molekule.  
• Cosmetically decorated or modified Devices are excluded from Molekule Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso.  
• All accessories originally included with your Device purchase must be included with your return.

What if I do not have original shipping carton? 
If you do not have original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $20 USD for Air Pro, $10 USD dla Air Mini/Mini+, and $10 USD for Nawilżacz Glow. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Wsparcie al Cliente team. 

How long does it take to receive my refund on an eligible returned product? 
When we receive eligible producto Molekule for return at our warehouse, we will inspect shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and product is undamaged, not modified by you, or oelrwise cosmetically altered or decorated. Once product has been inspected and passed, usually in 3-5 días hábiles following our receipt, we will then process your refund and reimburse original payment method you used for original purchase.  Please note que all refunds do not include any expedited shipping charges or finance charges.  It usually takes 10 días hábiles for credit to be reflected on your applicable credit card or bank statement. 

Can I return a refurbished or humidifier?
